Menu Bar issue

Try this:

1) Enable PM's Menu Bar.

2) Right-click somewhere on PM's toolbar and select 'Customize'.

3) Close the 'Customize Toolbar' window.

Everything in the Menu Bar will now be greyed out!

Can't reproduce using a clean profile. Is there any errors in the Browser Console?

Works normally for me -- when closing the customize window, the UI is reactivated.

[I mentioned a problem with the Customize menu on macOS, but it was unrelated to this; unfortunately, I don't seem to be allowed to delete posts in this forum.]

The issue was solved here and the fix will be included into the next unstable build.

How are you guys able to reproduce this issue? Is it Windows-only? I have not been able to reproduce in Ubuntu.

I believe the issue is specific to Windows 8.1.
(Take a read through Tomaso's other issue, "Startup options".)
