WFM Linux Mint 18.3 Cinnamon, when I tried it on a build from a few days ago.

After further research I see problem only arises when MozArchiver1.0.2 is enabled. That add-on is the only reason I have to use File>Open File.
What is the current status of MozArchiver?

It seems MozArchiver isn't compatible with PM28, you need to disable it until it is fixed.
