Possible timetable
So to initiate this Board, can anyone give an idea of the possible timetable for the release of V28?

Not at this time.
The only time table there is so far is "we'll have an alpha in the Pale Moon unstable channel soon". The rest depends on broader exposure of unstable versions, bugs reported and solutions.
Pale Moon v28 may see a release end of summer, or end of the year, depending on how things go. We're hoping for the former with how fast things have gone so far, but can't guarantee anything apart from the usual answer to anyone asking such questions: "When it's done"
