What's the latest unstable version number 28.0.0?

Which forum will it be announced at?

Thanks

The unstable version is a "rolling release" and will be updated at irregular intervals. No announcements will be made; that would be way too much overhead to take care of for a development channel.
The "version" of the unstable channel is normally {release+1, a1} so currently 28.1.0a1 -- we deviated from this briefly in the beta stages of v28 because of the milestone nature. Things are back to business as usual now though.
