Just what "benchmarks" are these?
(And then like, why does it matter?)

And that said, PM 28 does have better performance then PM 27 - in real life.

The only benchmark which i take into consideration is what i can see and do on my personal computer.split second differences are not noticed by a user so one browser is a nano-second quicker than another...so what.?

We live in a mathematical society and people love figures and comparisons, however these facts and figures are non-conclusive in regard to the choice of a browser.
Those browsers were not tested on my computer so why should people give creedence to figures which were attained by tests on another machine?

Exampel Base Mark:

Firefox 61 x64: 260 point + a lot lags
Firefox 63 x64: 300points + a lot lags
Pale Moon 27 x64: 470points + fast and no lags
Pale Moon 28 x64: 690ppints + fast and no lags
Chrome 69 x64: 1010points + very fast and no lags.

And some site does not work correct in Firefox and Pale Moon 27.
