I can't get the Quick Find Bar to appear (/ key in v.27). Is it not present in v28?

28.0.0a2 (64-bit) (2018-05-28, W10)

Since "/" hotkey works in PM27 and Basilisk, then it should do in PM28 as well.

Looks like this is just another regression that needs to be addressed

PS: I filled an issue about it.
