Requests: bring back browser.newtab.url, and add a “copy tab URL” option

1. Bring back the browser.newtab.url pref
Back then, Firefox removed for no reason the option to change the newtab page, and the pref that managed this was browser.newtab.url. Both Pale Moon and current Firefox have this option too.
In Basilisk you can have the same result with an extension called “New Tab Override” (Classic Add-Ons Archive), which is what I’m using.
Relevant bugzilla: bug #1118285.

2. Add a option in the tab context menu to copy the tab URL
Just thought this would be very useful.
Relevant bugzilla: bug #339736.
Edit: it’s already an issue in the repo: Issue #123 (Basilisk).

Concerning the tab context menu, I suggest you remove the option to “Bookmark All Tabs…” from it, because it’s out of place (it’s already in the tab bar context menu, where it more reasonably belongs, which is accessible even when it is full of open tabs). I think this option should go to Menu Bar > Bookmarks > Bookmark All Tabs…, just below “Bookmark This Page” (it’s crazy this option not being there already).
