Basilisk 2024.11.23 has been released!
This release uses the same UXP platform version as Pale Moon 33.4.1. The UXP commit hash is df16df5693.
Please see the downloads page for more information on how to download source code archives.
The autoupdate service does not currently support FreeBSD and macOS builds so a manual update is required on these operating systems.
See the release notes for more information.
See the downloads page to download the update.

Re: Basilisk 2024.11.23 Released!
I've seen that there is an update available on auto-update, but when I went to the Downloads page the 1023 version is the only one on offer.
Being I only update manually, when can the 1123 release be expected?
Thanks

This is the half asleep edition. No download on the page, and no notes either lol.
You can get an official manual download here if you're feeling brave lol.
Also, the UXP commit referenced only shows up if you do an actual search for it, and not using ctrl+f.
Why would it have two commit refs? No doubt there's a logical reason.

Allow auto-update, or update with the old/new version then install and start it, the auto-update should then kick-in and install the real updated version.
Takes longer to type it out
Windows build only?

Re: Basilisk 2024.11.23 Released!
The Basilisk site is served via an AWS Cloudfront distribution which pulls files from an S3 bucket. This allows me to basically run the site completely serverless, which saves me the time from doing things like having to manage updates on a server. It also helps prevent things like DDoS attacks because good luck taking down the same CDN that runs Amazon.com.
Anyways, I uploaded the new files to the S3 bucket last night but it did not clear the cache for the frontend Cloudfront distribution so it was still presenting the old HTML files from before the new version of Basilisk was released.
This has been fixed. Thanks for letting me know!

I downloaded the updated 1123 version from the link in your op.
I then extracted the core to a new empty folder with WINRAR.
I then replaced my 1023 version of Basilisk with the new folder containing the 1123 version of Basilisk & renamed the folder.
I then opened this new folder, & ran basilisk from there.
Worked like a Charm!!

Thank you........
