Basilisk 2023.12.09 has been released!
This release uses the same UXP platform version as Pale Moon 32.5.1.
The autoupdate service does not currently support FreeBSD, aarch64 Linux, and macOS builds so a manual update is required on these operating systems.

It can't, because it's built on the UXP platform, which is not compatible with Windows XP, or any NT5-based operating system. Even 64-bit Windows XP would not work. Minimum supported version is Windows 7.
In theory, Vista could work because it's also NT6... but in practice it's missing a few things Windows 7 has that are useful, and almost no one runs it anyway.

The Spotify override is useless again? Despite it being updated somewhat recently their homepage now gives an unsupported browser message.
Also PM changed the pref "security.tls.version.fallback-limit" to 4. Not sure if you've seen that and have reasons not to change it.

Can you find out what user agents will work with Twitter/X? If so I can update the user agent override in the next release.
From what I understand some MSFN users have gotten it working on Vista with an unofficial extended kernel. You've already dealt with Twitter by removing the unneeded override. Spotify requires the same.
Modifying the Spotify override to be empty I can use their website again.
