Basilisk crash on Windows 7

Basilisk 2023.07.18 (32-bit) crashed on Windows 7 as of closing the update interface via using the "Ask Later" option of the dialog (I was unable to duplicate event however).
Occurred after selecting 'Ask Later' option for update.png
