I would be happy to have you work make a Chinese language pack for Basilisk.

My suggestion is to use the Iceweasel-UXP Chinese language pack as a starting point: https://pagure.io/iceweasel-uxp-l10n/bl ... rbola.info

That should have most of the work done already (obviously you will need to change references of Iceweasel-UXP to say Basilisk).

Oh, thank you, if the advice is similar for other languages, I’ll try to translate it into Russian.

PS: I am building the palemoon package for ALT Linux, I collected basilisk for testing and I liked its design, but there is not enough Russian translation so that it would be interesting to users.

I'd be happy to list your language pack as an official language pack if you get it working. Let me know if you need help. Like I mentioned in my earlier comment, the Iceweasel-UXP language packs should be a good starting point.

From the time Iceweasel-UXP forked from Basilisk to now Basilisk has both added some strings and removed some strings. The changed/updated strings in Basilisk will not be accounted for in the Iceweasel-UXP language packs, so there may be some additional work on your end outside of just changing references of "Iceweasel-UXP" to "Basilisk".
