New release coming soon

[Basilisk-Dev]

Planning on releasing a new version in the next week to match up with Pale Moon 32.3.0's UXP version.

Before I do that I'd like to go through and get all of the Basilisk repo issues either cleaned up, planned out, or closed. I've been a bit lazy when it comes to taking care of the issues in the issue tracker.
