sharing a profile between Basilisk and PM

I am sure that this is not and official behavior or a recommended practice, but i think that assuming risks it can be very useful.
Have you tried to use profiles between this UXP browsers?

I have loaded the Basilisk profile on Palemoon and the result has been quite good.
  • Addons are enabled and working (just status4evar is informing about its disabling)
  • There were missing icons on the navigation toolbar (next, previous, refresh and home) (i just need to customize, restore default)
  • Masterpassword, auth prompt removed.
What about the opposite direction; from Palemoon to Basilisk?

Don't do it, results will be unpredictable. Use the sync feature if you want, it will synchronize bookmarks, history and passwords between both browsers.

I don't recommend doing this for the reasons that moonbat mentioned. You could indeed use Pale Moon sync to sync data between the two browsers.

What I do is I have an HTML file I set as my home page and new tab page in both browsers that has a list of my bookmarks in it. Other than that, on my machine the two browsers are completely separate, I don't use sync or anything else.
