Current details about my device when loading that page:

Operating system: Windows 8.1
Browser version: 2021.12.13
32-bit or 64-bit?: 64-bit
Problem URL: https://www.gutefrage.net/einloggen
Theme: "default 52.9.2021.12.13"
Installed add-ons: -
Installed plugins: "OpenH264 Video Codec 1.7.1" (auto-installed)

Previously I've had Basilisk-version 2021.09.27, which was referred as zoomed-out screenshot. The closeup being screenshooted with the updated Basilisk-browser. The third image being a comparison, as I've contacted the page's staff (it's in german language and being like yahoo-answers, etc. about users who could ask stuff, add images, youtube-videolinks, etc.) while I was asking them to contact the browser's teams for fixing this bug, it seem to be permanent but other logins on different pages still work, so I think its somehow html-based ad limited to this site?

Their support approved that I could send your developers the screenshot how they'd see the login's section. I've asked about which browser were they using for loading/displaying it, but didn't get a reply yet, possibly they'd text in january. At least they added a probably useful hint that's about "compatible"-references in browsers, older browsers seem to get similar results. I've tried it on another but outdated browser which won't show the login's either.

I'm not sure if logins were working on prev. Basilisk-versions but their team mentioned that those sections will only be compatible for updated browsers, which they've guessed to be its issue. I've added links of this community that it is in fact updated and just opensource, so I think maybe your teams could figure out why it's exactly that the bars won't be shown, so it's not about the connection, rather that HTML would affect if it gets the login-field added or staying hidden there?

Date and time on the bottom's right-side refers to european-timezone, that issue seem to be reproduceable by trying to login (which is translated as "einloggen") also if you'd replace that word, it still loads the identical page just with its german text. The whole platform being based on german language but maybe I could connect somehow as I could refer to details here, same as asking their teams ...anyway if their forum could still work for Basilisk-users, would be cool.

Are there any details that could help figuring out which part of "compatible" won't quite work, will its right-clicked public sourcecode include more info or is this page in progress/known to be fixed for the next updates? The recent Basilisk-threads/topics weren't mentioning this page nor fragments and I didn't try Palemoon yet, so I think there could be difference in browsers somehow.

Code: Select all

TypeError: window.customElements is undefined "https://www.gutefrage.net/nmms-assets/js/bundle-other-9bf905a2384995af553e.min.js"
Unfortunately this site decided to use Google WebComponents for their login procedure (instead of standard HTML form controls) which isn't supported.
