Basilisk updated to 2021.11.14
This fixes general browser bustage in 2021.11.13 due to branch confusion and telemetry.

I know, I tested it before publishing otherwise would have provided instructions how to recover.

Re: Basilisk updated to 2021.11.14
In contrast to other reports, I wasn't able to get the updater to work for me.
I have Basilisk (and Pale Moon) on eight computers: two Win 10 Pro x64 and six Win 7 Pro x64. Even though it's "not recommended", all of them are set to "Never check for updates". For both browsers I regularly (twice a week or so) click Help -> Check for Updates.
Basilisk showed the 21.11.14 update was available and, when I clicked "Update", the files were downloaded into the "Updated" sub-folder of my installation folder. However, clicking "Restart to update" didn't work on any of my machines: the program closed and reopened, but I was still on the previous version.
However, I knew how to address this problem: I closed Basilisk, went into the installation folder, opened the "Updated" folder, copied its contents, and used them to replace the files in the installation folder. Then, I opened Basilisk, and update worked fine.

Re: Basilisk updated to 2021.11.14
Basiisk-2021-11-14 is still "broken."
On linuxquestion.org, it repeatly kicks me back to the sign-on page, as if I wasn't signed on. This and other problems first appeared with 2021.11.13. https://www.linuxquestions.org/question ... ost6301698
Neither -13 or -14, properly display wsj.com.
Over the time I've been using Basilick and before that Pale Moon, neither has ever properly
displayed safeway.com.
Just FYI.

If you're serious about wanting to report sites that don't work properly with the browser, do that in the Web Compatibility Support board, like this:
- First search the forum to determine if your site, with same issue, was already reported (to avoid duplicate threads);
- Make a separate thread for each site;
- Each thread should include the name of the problem site/domain in its title;
- in your opening post, include a link to a problem page, and thoughtful description of the problem;
- Post relevant console output (Error or Web console) for the problem site in a single code box, as described in the instruction box (light red box with red text) found at the top of each Compatibility board page.
