I'm not sure if I'm jumping the gun here with the big time difference, but the release notes page isn't showing the new version yet.

Re: Basilisk 2021.03.17 released
Thank you for the continuous maintenance of the project and the update! I was wondering today that no update came for 5 months. But if everything goes well, this is not necessary...
Re: Basilisk 2021.03.17 released
It is actually the 6th update within the last 5 months:
that is really faster than sluggy Mozilla

Is there something broken in your update prefs?
Re: Basilisk 2021.03.17 released
Now I am very surprised! Previously I always got an automatic prompt to update. I haven't received that for 5 months now. I'm still running version 2020.10.28 and I get the message "Basilisk is up to date". So there seems to be something wrong with the update mechanism... How can I find out if the update settings are correct?

Preferences -> Advanced -> Update
Is it possible that you use 32-bit Basilisk?
The 32-bit version was discontinued late last year.
Last 32-bit release was 2020.11.25 (one release after the version you say you have) and in it auto-update was removed for that architecture.
Re: Basilisk 2021.03.17 released
Uhhh. That's it! I use the 32 bit version because I use some add-ons / extensions / plugins that are (were?) not available for 64 bit. Then I guess I'll have to see if these add-ons are available for 64 bit in the meantime. That will be quite a work.

Normally only plugins are architecture-specific, so you can likely limit your work to that.

Re: Basilisk 2021.03.17 released
Thanks, I'll get to work on it now. Because the old Basilisk does not show the option buttons anymore on the configuration page of my router after a firmware update. So now it's really high time...
Edit: Oops! I'm really flashed! I just installed the 64-bit browser and after opening the new browser everything is the same as with the 32-bit browser! Even the layout, tabs, history, bookmarks, addons. All the same. Unbelievable! Do both browsers access the same dataset? Will there be any problems if I delete the old browser and its directory?
Anyway, you just put a big smile on my face! If I knew it was this easy, I would have done it a long time ago! Basilisk is simply the best browser! Thank you so, so much for this!!!

Hmmm, the option buttons are not displayed correctly in the current 64-bit Basilisk either. But that's WHOLE bad! The router is no longer configurable like this!
Here the screenshot from Basilisk:
And here from Chrome. This is how it should look like:

@coffeebreak: Sorry for my question. I was just a bit upset about this stupid behavior of the router. Of course you are right!
