Is there a highlighter add-on that wiill work with Basilisk?

I couldn't find one on the "Basilisk Add-ons Site" and the "Classic Add-ons Archive" left my head spinning (and not finding anything).

I guess you're looking for something like a permanent marker. I read that Scrapbook has such a function and perhaps Scrapbook X by Danny Lin on Pale Moon add-ons site will do:
https://addons.palemoon.org/addon/scrapbook-x/
or
https://addons.basilisk-browser.org/addon/scrapbook-x/

Another external, but unsupported legacy add-on is Wired Marker, which seems to work well in Pale Moon.
http://www.wired-marker.org/en/download.html
"Install from HERE" link on that page installs from their own source, not Mozilla add-ons Nirvana.
It works in Pale Moon 28.8.4 x32, but please take a closer look at the options and RTFM. There are some curious "PubMed Central" things (which I disabled after installation).
