Log in problems - Mastodon

Unread post by fatboy » 2019-02-04, 18:27

Good Day Community,

I am having issues with Basilisk on Linux and log in pages of mastodon instances. I always get this error when I open Basilisk (first time after boot) and try to log in
And yes, I have cookies enabled.

The interesting bit is that if I remove the

Code: Select all

 auth/sign_in
bit from the url bar and press enter, it logs in.

FWIW, I've been able to use Pale Moon to log in to my Mastodon instance without a problem. I haven't tried with Basilisk yet, but I can't see how that would make much of a difference here... Do you still see this in Safe Mode or with add-ons disabled?

Tested Basilisk in safe mode just now. Yes, I do still get the same behaviour/error message
