Basilisk suddenly consumes all of the available CPU resources

Sometimes during playback of youtube video basilisk (2018.09.05) is suddenly consuming all of the available CPU resources. This did not happen on previous versions. Not sure how to debug it.

Do you have extensions any? Open extensions settings page and disable 2 or 3, then enable. Browser for some time becomes frozen, but it should recover and CPU usage returns to normal too.
