Where is Basilisk's searchplugins folder? Does it even have one? If not, is there a way to manually add search-plugins to Basilisk?

Not yet. We do have code to restore the old way search plugins are installed, stored, cached and everything. Pale Moon 28 will have this code because it is already consistent with how Pale Moon did search plugins anyway.

Basilisk and other Phoenix Australis applications will have to be adapted and much more testing will have to happen.
