It does not.

That page does not display as expected in PM 28.
Displays as if its ignoring CSS?

Re: Content Encoding Error
Page for sure does not work correctly in Pale Moon 28 - layout totally looks "destroyed" in comparison for example with Chromium. Also, elements are missing from the page in Pale Moon 28.
Page also works flawless in IE11.
Some mixed mode warnings in the web-console. Nothing changes when deactivating mixed mode settings in about:config
And that message also was appearing:
This site appears to use a scroll-linked positioning effect. This may not work well with asynchronous panning; see https://developer.mozilla.org/docs/Mozi ... kedEffects for further details and to join the discussion on related tools and features!

Re: Content Encoding Error
Looks kind of like they're serving a mobile site.
It's a user agent issue.
With a vanilla FF 52 user agent, it displays fine here in Basilisk, PM 28 and PM 27 - but not fine in any of them with FF compatibility mode or Native.

Yeah, true. Again a case of user agent sniffing. Page gets shown properly with a pure Firefox user agent or IE11 one.
After testing a bit more the page just does not like "Goanna/4.1" - if you use something like
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64; rv:28.0) PaleMoon/28.0.0b5
or
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64; rv:28.0) Gecko/20100101 PaleMoon/28.0.0b5
Page gets shown properly.
