Basilisk and Decentraleyes

Unread post by coachtk » 2018-04-26, 17:54

Woulld this be considered a regression?

DC continues to report:
The test resource could not be fetched locally or remotely.
Decentraleyes is not working as intended.

Baslisk 2018.04.26
javascript enabled.

UMatrix & uBo do not show ajax.googleapis.com in grid.
Both extensions disabled, then uninstalled.
All extensions uninstalled. Message continues.

no relevant entry in logger.

DC workng properly in Pale Moon, Waterox & Firefox.

No leads in various forums, other than block by another content blocker.
When there are no content blockers, then what? Incompatibility with Basilisk?
(newest version is first fork to XUL).

Any thoughts appreciated, as I'm going thru browser anxiety with the Mozilla
switch to all things webext.

My apologies beforehand if I've submitted to wrong forum.

Hi,
I'm using DC 1.3.10 and it works.
What's your version ?
Diversity is key.

No problem with it here either, same version.

Try creating a new test profile and then only install DC to see if it makes any difference. Change firefox.exe -p into basilisk.exe -p as described in the image on the following site and then follow the instructions: http://kb.mozillazine.org/Creating_a_ne ... on_Windows
