safe browsing?

I notice within basilisk there appears to be options to use some sort of download scanning etc.
is this google safe browsing functionality or is this not present at all.

It's google safebrowsing.
It's disabled by default, and will likely not work because we do not have a Google API key. These options are therefore redundant and will be hidden in the next version.
