Can I make this browser portable? Some edit application.ini file?

You can utilize/adapt the portable shell from Pale Moon's portable version - see billmcct's link.
(Like some people did for beta-testing Tycho last year.)

coffeebreak: Thank you, this works perfectly :) . Now somehow install Czech language and I can start testing this browser (official Firefox version shows XUL error table) . Ok solved, I install language for FF 53.* :) .
