Making Basilisk look more like Firefox 2

Since I would like to use Basilisk as my backup browser when Pale Moon fails before resorting to Waterfox, I would like to make Basilisk look and feel more at home for me. I have already installed the Classic Theme Restorer, which I recall using during my last years with Firefox ESR and my few months with Waterfox Classic, from the CAA. I seem to recall Moonbat telling me that it was somehow possible to make Basilisk look very near to Firefox 2, but searching Basilisk Classic Theme cannot turn up the dialogue; perhaps I dreamt it. Any advice about how to apply icon themes and the like to Basilisk with this extension would be gratefully received.

I cannot rule it out, since memory can mutate, but I doubt it. Those posts are about making Pale Moon look like Basilisk, while my interest is the other way round.

There's Fox 2 The Moon and MacMoon, but you'll have to ask Lootyhoof (or someone) to make them work with Basilisk.

Now, this is what I seemed to recall!
Is there any way you know, other than combining CRT and this, to get rid of the hamburger menu? The native interface editor treats it as fixed.

If you just want to make it disappear, this will do:
