The extension page on the official Basilisk site says it supports BIZARRE, but when I try to install it, I get a warning that it's incompatible.
I need a more powerful zoom-out feature, does this mean I can no longer use BIZARRE with basilisk?
Can't I use the powerful zoom out add-on(ex.BIZZARE) in Basilisk?

There is an alternative extension that does work with Basilisk: Image Zoom (ugly fixes) 0.1.1. It's available from the Classic Add-ons Archive:
caa:addon/image-zoom-ugly-attempt
It let's you zoom in or out and also rotate the images.

It's a shortcut to use in the address bar if you have the classic add-ons archive extension installed, as far as I know.

Correct, install CAA from that link and then it will add support for caa: urls so you can directly open an extension install page for it. After you install it, the link Figureoa gave will work (by copypasting in a new tab, the browser still won't show it as clickable)
