Palemoon 28.13.0 & speed dial

Hello,
i update my palemoon to version 28.13.0 and now i can not use the "speed dial 0.9.6.18" extension.
it is no longer compatible or only a bug?
there are simple alternatives?

i test them but its not the same.
now i try to deinstall the 28.13.0 and install the older 28.12 but without success?
but i dont now why.
