dumpert.nl results in black window

When I visit https://www.dumpert.nl/ the page shows up for a second and then turns black.

This happens on both linux and windows (8.1):
- linux palemoon 28.9.3 (64-bit) (safe mode)
- windows (8.1) palemoon 28.9.3 (32-bit)

Firefox (76.0.1 64-bit) has no problem with this site...

Doesn't turn black on 28.9.3-x64 on Win 7 for me, although the site doesn't really work very well.
Console doesn't show anything so it's anyone's guess how they configured their React framework for this site that makes it break.

Off-topic:
In my regular (SeaMonkey) profile, so with extensions, including some that are verboten in these parts..., WinXP... Initially, it wanted JavaScript, OK. Then it wanted "permissions" (to store cookies, or whatnot), privacy-center.org, & once I OK'd that, it went black.

I'm in Private Browsing, if that matters?

Of course it's minified javascript so who knows what is going on, but it's at least something.

In pale Moon it worked up until the accept cookies then turned black, FFv55 same thing, Vivaldi worked ok and played vids ok.
IE same as PM and FF, I do get some errors in vivaldi console but have no clue what they mean..but imo the site is a chrome only pos and a waste of time unless someone email them and tell them their issues.

I also get

Just a guess... not sure if it could be that - after trying out Seamonkey 2.53.x - which is Firefox 56 based - and it has the same errors and blank page...

Could perhaps the error message
TypeError: o.init(...).then(...).finally is not a function

Relating to a missing promise implementation ( Chained Promises - The methods promise.then(), promise.catch(), and promise.finally() ?
