When downloading a item, i am able to open the 'containing folder' option from the download status icon in the browser toolbar which only displays 3 active downloads. When in the library (ctrl+shift+Y) screen, i can not open 'containing folder' from this same active download.
In the right mouse click menu, on a txt-field, if check spelling is enabled, and i wish to add a new language and press 'Languages > Add Dictionary' i am sent towards Mozilla https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefo ... age-tools/ instead of towards Palemoon https://addons.palemoon.org/language-packs/

This is by design, but you can use the context menu there.i can not open 'containing folder' from this same active download.
First, dictionaries and language packs are not the same thing. Second, update Pale Moon to 28.4.0 and try again.
