The JavaScript download button does not work.
The download works in Firefox.

This is a known issue with their CSP and framework code (it's an incompatible combination). As a result, Pale Moon (as per spec) blocks the call to a function constructor that breaks most JS controls on their site.
I've already contacted GitHub about this.
As a workaround, you can for the time being disable CSP while on GitHub (about:config -> security.csp.enable=false), just remember to flip it back on when you're done with GitHub.
