Cannot update PM from 27.0.3 to 27.1

I just got the announcement for the new version. When I try to update PM-Installer says "You already have the latest version of Pale Moon." I am runnung Xubuntu 16.10 64-bit. Why does this happen?

The Linux version is usually released a few hours after the Windows version.
