Cant disable noscript

When I'm testing a problem, I sometimes disable noscript and restart PM but I see its still running even when disabled in beta version 3

You have two versions installed by the looks of the version numbers .. did you hack one of them with a different ID?

You need to remove one of them and not have both active on startup as their chrome registration will conflict producing insanity.

You are correct.. Try removing it and reinstalling it.
