Now, this is a major issue!

I print a lot of my e-mails at Outlook.com and Yahoo.com.
To make these prints fit properly on paper, here's how I've been doing things:
1) Click on the embeded 'Print' function, available for mails at both Outlook.com and Yahoo.com.
2) Bring up the Print Preview window (Alt+V) to customize the prints.

Now, here's the problem..
In earlier versions of Pale Moon, performing the the two steps above would bring up this toolbar:



..but with Pale Moon v27, it's not possible to customize the prints anymore, because this is all you get!:

Did you try the menu? Print Preview works for me from the menu but not Alt-V. So, maybe just a keyboard shortcut difference.

When you use the embeded print function at Outlook.com and Yahoo.com, the Menu Bar disappears by design.

I actually use this extension to bring up the Print Preview window, instead of Alt+V:

..but that's irrelevant, since it performs the exact same action as pressing Alt+V, which SHOULD work for you as well!

BTW; the Print Preview toolbar still appears at certain places, but NOT when printing mails at Outlook.com and Yahoo.com anymore!
What you see in the second screenshot in my post above, is the Print Preview window with the toolbar missing.
