In the developer tools settings there is an option to "Use the Developer edition theme", but it does not work. Can you please fix this as I love the look of the Developer theme in firefox.

I'm afraid the developer theme not working isn't a bug, per se, as such a theme doesn't exist in Pale Moon. This would require some input from Moonchild as to whether such a thing would be desirable (at least built into the browser...).

It's not desirable. The theme itself is an Australis theme, I think, so we can't even use it without recreating.
