Web console is a complete mess in Alpha2:
1. No keyboard shortcut to open console
2. Opening console via menu opens the "pop-out" console that appears in a separate window
3. The console that does appear is missing pretty much all of the old features--no ability to segment messages by type (Net, CSS, JS, Sec, Logging); can only show messages by a specific level of severity, plus "all"
4. 'Net logging appears to be missing entirely.
Additionally, it looks like most of the other tools (which I honestly don't use much, but still) are missing entirely.
Missing/broken web dev stuff Topic is solved

Re: Missing/broken web dev stuff
The only way someone would have devtools is if they compiled the feature branch.. We have not included them in a new alpha version because they are not quite ready yet. We are working to integrate "Browser 38"'s devtools to make sure we have them in Tycho..
We ARE getting there if this is a recent build from the branch but not exactly complete yet..
You should know better than to point out a something on a feature branch that is WIP.. In the future please don't build off feature/work branches there is no telling what insanity we may be up to on them
