Certificate popup won't show up Topic is solved

Using Tycho alpha2 64 bits on a Windows 10
When clicking on the "Validation" button in certificate option, a popup should come up.
But :
- it doesn't show up
- Palemoon behaves as if it had opened it, so it doesn't give me focus back, I just have to kill it (sic)

Confirmed.. But no message in the error console except one about the cache service coming from the main Advanced tab xml..

I propose to add the attribute "Topic is solved".
