dom.battery.enabled regression?

In a post in thread viewtopic.php?f=13&t=9375&p=63827&hilit=battery#p63532 Moonchild said...
Consider the default changed to "off" from this point forward.
I checked my alpha2, and it is enabled. I assume this is a regression in Tycho. BTW, the reason I checked is because of a Slashdot article https://yro.slashdot.org/story/16/08/03 ... you-online One post links to a Forbes article, http://www.forbes.com/sites/amitchowdhr ... w-battery/ where an Uber exec points out that people with low batteries are more likely to accept "surge pricing"... hmmmm.
There's a right way
There's a wrong way
And then there's my way
