Pale Moon won't sync bookmarks at all

I have tried to get Pale moon to sync between my laptop and phone but the bookmarks on android won't sync at all. Even after clicking sync now on both devices the bookmarks from android are nowhere in any folder to be found. Is this service disabled now? Also having problems installing on my desktop PC as Pale moon won't install without a valid signature so went back to Win 7 on my laptop
