Sync interface lacking feedback and Addons

When syncing devices there is no feedback that anything is going on.
Also, even though I have 'Add-ons' checked on "source" and "target" devices , the Addons are not coming over. Both devices are pc's running W10.

You can put the "sync" indicator through customization anywhere in your interface. it will animate when syncing is going on.
Syncing of add-ons is no longer supported because it relies on getting them downloaded from various places (the sync server only retains the metadata for them) and there's a problem with that (by design AMO will only give you the latest available version, which doesn't work for Firefox extensions on Pale Moon). We've stopped supporting syncing of add-ons with the release of v27 for this reason, because it would break any browser receiving add-ons that way.
