Devices becoming unlinked - SOLVED Topic is solved

My devices were becoming unlinked for no apparent reason. But I found my problem. I have CCleaner set to clean my system whenever cleaning saves more than xx GB. Such cleaning included Saved Passwords. I have not been saving passwords on my computer and figured it OK to clean them as well as cookies, temp files, etc. But now I realize that either my username, password or recovery key is a saved password. Now that I have excluded Saved Passwords from the cleaning, my devices remain linked and synced.
