spatial navigation script for userChrome.js

opera12-like spatial navigation with shift+arrows. it's not a full-blown extension, but script for userChrome.js. i used some code from mozilla's tv control and added some keyboard handlers. as i'm not planning to develop the thing further (it does all i need), i decided to upload it, in case somebody else may wanted the same feature (or even develop that into extension). enjoy, and happy hacking.
