Note it is already on the bug tracker:
#2106 - Un-prefix -moz-user-select, and possibly align value names with CSS4.
As of today, the only browsers (as I'm aware of) not supporting the unprefixed property, are Safari and Pale Moon.
For the record, I have just send a message to the Safari team, to remind them they seem to have forgotten that property over time.
