Palemoon will make support to Windows 8.1 after end lifecycle?

All Windows NT 6.1+ kernels (Windows 7 SP1 and above) are supported and there are no plans to end that support any time soon.

Please be aware that using on EoL systems is a security risk - even when the browser is being updated. You should switch to a current WIndows version or to Linux.
