I don't think the '.moonchild productions/' folder from the 64-bit system will be a drop-in replacement on my 32-bit system
It shouldn't cause problems because there is nothing architecture specific in it. You will need to get plugins for your architecture (plugins, as opposed to extensions which are all that are offered on the addons site. Examples are Flash and Java).

There shouldn't be many issues using a v30 profile on v29. There weren't big changes to the file storage formats this time around so it should all keep working. I can't guarantee flawless use and recommend using a profile backup if you have one, but if you don't, you're -probably- OK.
You will have to reinstall non-fxguid versions of extensions though, and obviously roll back a language pack too if you use one.

Back to the last 29.4.* profile, replaced places.sqlite with the one from 30.0.1, everything seems to be ok. Even the toolbar icon from "ÖffneMit" is back, this was missing while using 30. Wasn't a problem because from context menu it was working.

Okay was able to install 29.4.5.1 seemingly without issues over 30.0.1. Did have to re-enable my old theme and redownload GeoFlag, Pure URL, and Image Search Options, but all extensions reverted to their old settings!

Looks like all is well. Thank you.

Worst case, I do have a 29 backup made before I upgraded to 30 (on 3/17) but I'd rather not go back, if I can.
