As a non-developer, do these provide telemetry or other privacy info to google? If so, suggest there be a about:config to disable support.

Maybe in Chrome they do, but not in Pale Moon.

Depending on your usage habits,those webcomponents are needed in the future for youtube etc to function correctly so it would be prudent to add them.
