Editing Palemoon-Portable.ini how to manual!

Just fyi (for your information), Pale Moon Portable uses the so called X-Launcher, designed for winPenPack:
"X-Launcher allows you to freely edit the boot options of programs initiated in order to make them portable, that
is usable on removable storage devices like USB flash drives or external hard drives."

I stumbled upon it when trying to figure how to make the ini create userChrome.css & userContent.css files.
