Seeing that service provided by "webcompat.com" https://github.com/webcompat/web-bugs/issues?q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aopen+palemoon is being used for palemoon too
And as in the past there was a basic xul extension that is still working but it is just a link to the webpage. https://webcompat.com/issues/new
caa:addon/webcompatcom-reporter
IMO forking the extension (or creating one) to do what the current FF extension does (detect browser ver, take screenshot, open github issue..), would be great to report failing pages to a palemoon repository, the forum and or webcompat repository

Re: Ease reporting issues to PM or webcompat.com
Unless they have changed their ways, the web site webcompat.com is completely useless for us and does not accomplish their purported goal of web compatibility across all browsers. They are a front for Mozzilla/Mobile-Firefox and instead of using their weight to pressure web site writers to write compatible code, all they do is report "bugs" to browser developers if the web site works properly in Mobile Firefox.

Re: Ease reporting issues to PM or webcompat.com
The site should not have to exist, if web standards were stable instead of changing every 5 minutes as under Google's control. Back in the HTML 4 days, a standard test would indicate if your browser was compliant or not, also when there were plenty of separate browser engines. Firefox and Opera would show up 100% compatible while IE would not.
