You should know by now that the current mozilla addons site is irrelevant to Pale Moon, everything there is a web extension, which is a technology PM doesn't support

You need to install this browser extension https://github.com/JustOff/ca-archive
It will include a local website where you can browse addons and install them
To visit this local website you can go to caa: in the address bar or click on the Classic addons archive's icon
