When I want to preview these mp3's on Pale Moon, it doesn't work:

On Mozilla Firefox I can play these files though.
Is there a way to play these files in Pale Moon too?

This has been explained elsewhere. Pale Moon offloads MP3 decoding to the Windows Media Foundation on Windows and Windows XP and older do not have WMF thus MP3's can't be decoded straight up.
There is a fix that could work but it is low priority as it strictly deals with an obsolete, unsupported operating system.. And is a special Windows XP only case. It is a known issue to be solved when there isn't more pressing things that need our attention.
