web page not display

I am not very computer savy so please bear with me on explanation

since switching to Palemoon browser - many times web pages I am viewing will black out screen and yet if I move
curser over screen it will then start to display portions of the page and sometimes finally fill in whole screen. Other times
only small blocks of screen will appear and rest of screen blacked out.... Moving scroll bar will sometimes do same thing
to full screen display making screen go black and again if curser moved over screen blocks of info will appear and sometimes
stay other times go back to blacked out once curser is moved to different spot on screen.

seems to be no pattern to occurances as some web pages work fine one day - other times have above happen on
same web site / pages....

any ideas ???
